Evolv has been making vaping chipsets in Hudson, Ohio since 2009. If you've used a high-end mod in the last decade, you've probably used one of our boards — DNA 75, DNA 250C, DNA 60, the Touch series. Lost Vape, Dovpo, Vandy Vape, Lavabox, Hcigar — all licensees. The board was ours. The hardware was theirs.

We invented variable wattage. We invented temperature control. We built Replay — the only system that captures a perfect puff and reproduces it identically, every time. For over a decade, the breakthroughs in vaping precision have come out of our lab.

The product

Why a complete device, and why now

Licensing the chipset means we control the technology but not the experience. A DNA board in well-built hardware is exceptional. A DNA board in compromised hardware is a DNA board in compromised hardware. We've watched both happen, and we've watched the pod category go a different direction entirely — disposables engineered for a few weeks of use, refillables with coils designed to fail on a schedule, devices where the chipset is an afterthought.

DNA ONE is our answer. Chipset, hardware, firmware, pods — all Evolv. Designed as one system, built to work as one system. The pods are engineered to last as long as the technology allows them to last. Always-on temperature control runs continuously in the background and prevents dry hits without the user knowing it's there. The chipset does what our chipsets have always done, except now it's sitting inside hardware we designed for it.

It's the device we've wanted to make for a long time.

Evolv UK

Global trade sales for DNA ONE are handled by Evolv UK, our authorised distribution partner and UK Authorised Representative under TRPR. Evolv UK is operated by SVIUK Ltd, a specialist vaping electronics company based in Withernsea, East Yorkshire.

SVIUK have been working with Evolv since 2013, retailing the earliest regulated DNA boards through their sister site StealthVape. The business is run by Rob Ellard, who has known Evolv co-founder Brandon Ward personally since 2018.

For trade partners worldwide, Evolv UK provides:

• Stock and dispatch — held and shipped from the Evolv UK warehouse, with direct factory shipping available for pallet quantities.
• Full regulatory cover for the UK and EU — TPD/TRPR compliant, ECID notified, EU-CEG submission in progress. MHRA correspondence and adverse event reporting handled centrally.
• Direct line to engineering — when a trade question needs an answer from Hudson, Evolv UK can get one.
• Marketing and sales support — product photography, render packs, POS materials, packaging dielines, and technical sheets available to approved trade partners.
